SUBMITTING TO GRANTS.gov

What's New?

Production Site Available!

The Grants.gov Cayuse production site is now available for your use to prepare and submit NIH grant proposals via the Grants.gov electronic submissions portal.

If you are an administrator with a user ID in RAS you will automatically be given a Grants.gov Cayuse training account.

Log-in as follows:

User Name:     first initial last name

Temporary
Password:       ucsf

It is highly recommended that you change your password once you log-in to the system for the first time.

If you are a faculty member and would like access to the Grants.gov Cayuse production site, or

If your attempt to log-in to the Grants.gov Cayuse production is unsuccessful,

Hands-on Training

The Grants.gov Cayuse training site has been upgraded to mirror changes made to the production system. Please replace your previous link with this new link and bookmark it for your convenience. Remember: the training site is for practice only. Information entered into the training site will not be saved or sent to NIH.

If you are an administrator with a user ID in RAS you will automatically be given a Grants.gov Cayuse training account.

Online Self-Paced Training

Is available on WebCT or via the Grants.gov Using Cayuse website.

It is suggested that you complete the online self-paced training before you log-in to the Grants.gov Cayuse production site or the Grants.gov Cayuse hands-on training site.

Training is optional but highly recommended.

Weekly Grants.gov Cayuse Q&A Sessions

Gain familiarity with Grants.gov Cayuse in the company of your peers and Cayuse experts from OSR by attending a Q&A session. Weekly Q&A sessions are scheduled throughout December and January as follows:
