NIH GUIDE ANNOUNCEMENT ON OTHER SUPPORT INFORMATION

Attached for your information is the recent NIH Guide for Grants and
Contracts notice dated 2/13/03 entitled Reminder to Applicants about
Requirement to Submit Complete and Up-To-Date Other Support Information.

Departments and faculty are reminded that other support pages should be completed accurately and be up-to-date prior to submission to NIH as described in the NIH 398 application booklet and in conformance with University policies. C&G Representatives should forward this announcement on to all applicable administrators and faculty within your department handling federal awards.

Please note that current campus procedures require the signature of the Principal Investigator and the C&G authorized official before just-in-time material is forwarded on to NIH or other funding agencies. Campus signature requirements can be found on the C&G Signature Requirements web page
