Information for Prospective Volunteers

HRPP Research Participant Survey - The University of California, San Francisco (UCSF) Committee on Human Research, Human Research Protection Program is conducting a survey of individuals who have participated in research studies at our facilities. Your feedback will help us evaluate how effective we are in providing information to our research participants.

The survey is completely anonymous. Your identity is not linked in any way to your responses. The results are analyzed and reported for the group, not for individuals.
